Before you reserve
Look at treatment technique and duration rather than choosing from the name alone. Share your preferred pressure, the areas you want addressed and any relevant health information. Online requests are not confirmed until the spa team contacts you, so wait for confirmation before planning the journey.
Arrival and consultation
Arrive 10–15 minutes early. A short conversation should cover the treatment, pressure, areas to avoid and any sensitivities. This is also the right time to ask what clothing or draping the treatment involves. Consent continues throughout the session: you can ask for pressure, positioning, temperature or technique to change.
Clothing and draping
Traditional Thai Massage is a dry, movement-based treatment and is generally performed in comfortable clothing. Oil and cream treatments require access to the treatment area, with draping used for privacy. Undress only to your comfort level and ask the team to explain the process before the treatment begins.
During and after the session
Speak up immediately if anything feels painful, too warm, too cold or otherwise uncomfortable. Afterward, stand up slowly and give yourself a moment before leaving. Normal hydration and an unhurried schedule are sensible; dramatic detox claims are not necessary to explain a restful spa experience.
