Start with the outcome, not the trend
A useful treatment choice begins with three questions: do you want quiet relaxation or more active stretching; do you prefer gentle, medium or firm pressure; and how much time can you comfortably set aside? A popular treatment is not automatically the right treatment for every guest. Share injuries, sensitivities, pregnancy or health concerns before the appointment and seek medical advice when appropriate.
Traditional Thai Massage
Traditional Thai Massage is a dry treatment built around assisted stretching and rhythmic pressure-point work. It can feel more active than an oil massage. At Universe The Spa it is offered for 60, 90 and 120 minutes, starting at ₹1,800. Choose it when you enjoy stretching and movement; ask the team about a different option when you want a softer, stiller experience.
Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage uses longer, flowing strokes with rhythmic movement. It is generally the easiest option to understand when your priority is an unhurried full-body relaxation session. The menu starts at ₹2,500 for 60 minutes, with 90- and 120-minute choices. Pressure should still be discussed at the start.
Essential Oil Therapy
Essential Oil Therapy combines gentle full-body technique with aromatic oils. It starts at ₹2,300 for 60 minutes. Mention scent sensitivities, allergies or skin concerns before products are applied. An aroma-led experience should never override your comfort.
Deep Tissue Therapy
Deep Tissue Therapy is the firmer, more targeted option on the menu, starting at ₹2,800 for 60 minutes. “Deeper” does not mean that pain is required. Tell the therapist immediately when pressure feels uncomfortable. Persistent or unexplained pain should be assessed by a qualified healthcare professional.
How long should you book?
A 60-minute session is a clear starting point for one full-body technique. Ninety minutes allows a less hurried pace and more time for priority areas. A 120-minute session is best chosen because you genuinely want an extended ritual—not because longer is always better. For a smaller area or tighter schedule, focused 30-minute foot or shoulder treatments are also available.
