Notice where the day has collected
Desk work can leave you aware of stiffness or fatigue, but not every ache has the same cause. Before booking, notice whether your priority is the neck and shoulders, the lower back, the feet, or simply general relaxation. Be specific during the consultation instead of asking for the maximum pressure everywhere.
Choose a focused or full-body format
A 30-minute Back & Shoulder / Head & Shoulder treatment is designed for a limited area and starts at ₹1,000. Swedish Massage or Essential Oil Therapy offers a broader, relaxation-led full-body session. Deep Tissue Therapy is firmer and more targeted; it is not automatically the best choice for every desk worker.
Share the information that changes treatment
Tell the therapist about recent injuries, numbness, swelling, skin irritation, medication, surgery, pregnancy or a diagnosed condition. This information matters more than a generic request for “stress relief.” If symptoms are severe, sudden, persistent or neurological, consult a healthcare professional rather than using massage as a diagnosis or cure.
Make the rest of the day easier
Avoid scheduling a session so tightly that you have to rush in and out. Arrive a little early, hydrate normally and leave time for a calm transition. Small habits—changing position through the day, taking movement breaks and adjusting workstation ergonomics—also matter beyond a single spa visit.
This guide is general information, not medical advice. If you have a health condition, injury, unexplained pain or concerns about treatment suitability, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
