We reserve dedicated time and a treatment room for every confirmed appointment. This policy helps us manage therapist availability fairly for all guests.
1. Changing or cancelling an appointment
Please call or message us at least 2 hours before your confirmed appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. Changes are subject to availability and are complete only when acknowledged by our team.
2. Late arrival
Late arrival may reduce your treatment time so the next guest is not delayed. The full confirmed treatment charge may still apply. If the remaining time is not sufficient to provide the treatment safely or meaningfully, we may need to reschedule it.
3. Deposits, packages and group reservations
Some group reservations, special packages or high-demand appointments may require an advance deposit. Any deposit amount and special condition will be explained before payment. Where an advance deposit applies, cancellations made at least 4 hours beforehand may be moved to another available appointment or handled as confirmed at booking.
4. Late cancellations and no-shows
No-shows and cancellations made with less than 2 hours’ notice may result in loss of the applicable deposit and may require advance payment for a future booking.
5. Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be made using an available method agreed with the guest. Bank, payment-provider or processing time is outside our control. Services already provided and completed are not refundable merely because preferences changed, without affecting rights available under applicable consumer law.
6. Spa-initiated changes
If we must cancel or materially change a confirmed appointment, we will offer a reasonable rescheduling option. Any advance amount received for a service we cannot provide will be carried forward or refunded, as agreed with the guest.
