These Terms & Conditions govern use of this website and appointment requests for Universe The Spa. By using the website or requesting a service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not submit a booking request.
1. Appointment requests
A website or WhatsApp submission is a request, not a confirmed appointment. A booking becomes confirmed only after our team confirms the treatment, date, time, price and any deposit requirement. Please provide complete and accurate contact information.
2. Services and prices
Treatment descriptions are general. Duration, technique and suitability may be adapted after consultation. Prices displayed are in Indian rupees and may be corrected or updated; the price confirmed by our team before the appointment will apply. Offers and coupons may have separate eligibility, validity and availability conditions.
3. Arrival, lateness and cancellations
Please arrive in time for consultation and preparation. Late arrival may shorten the treatment so later guests are not delayed, while the confirmed charge may still apply. Rescheduling, cancellation, deposits and no-shows are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
4. Health, safety and suitability
Spa services support general relaxation and wellbeing and are not medical diagnosis or treatment. Before your service, disclose relevant injuries, recent procedures, allergies, pregnancy, medication, infections or health conditions. We may modify, postpone or decline a treatment where it may be unsafe or unsuitable. Seek qualified medical advice when you have a medical concern.
5. Guest conduct
Guests must treat staff and other guests respectfully and follow reasonable hygiene, safety and conduct directions. Sexual, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, intoxicated or otherwise inappropriate conduct is not permitted. We may end or refuse a service where necessary to protect safety, dignity or lawful operation.
6. Personal belongings
Please keep valuables secure and check your belongings before leaving. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss or damage that does not result from our negligence or wilful misconduct.
7. Website and third-party services
Website content, branding, photographs and design are protected by applicable intellectual-property law and may not be commercially reproduced without permission. Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps and other third-party services are provided for convenience; those services have their own terms and practices.
